I almost thought of giving a good review, but the shower pressure was pitiful, barely enough to rinse off. And i was shocked that no one offered me an upgrade, i mean, who wouldn't expect that? Beautiful decor can't make up for lack of attention to detail with the amenities, what a letdown.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a lovely area, close to Chicago as well as downtown attractions. Appreciated our absolutely fabulous room for a glass of wine and the staff were exceptionally friendly and affable. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was good. Besides, the location was marvellous and unbeatable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a super - tall skyscraper. Had an excellent stay here.

The charming decor and cozy atmosphere were inviting.
The shower pressure was weak. There was noticeable street noise at night, disrupting my sleep. I expected more from the stay, especially with the high rating this place receives.

Not exactly what I expected.
The butler's kitchen was a lovely bonus, with access to coffee and tasty breakfast leftovers. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere.
Noise from adjacent rooms was bothersome. Other guests frequently disrupted the peace, lessening the experience.

Had a blast staying with friends! The highlight was our visit to JOON for a seven-course Modern Persian cuisine experience. Each dish was paired perfectly with wine. The atmosphere was laid-back with great communal spaces for hanging out. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
One downside was that some of the street noise was noticeable at night, a bit tough to get a solid sleep.

Oh man, the breakfast spread was divine, with fluffy pancakes that transported me straight to brunch heaven! Plus, the freshly brewed coffee at the self-serve bar was a good pick-me-up. The communal lounge area was so cozy.
Not a single thing to complain about! The only thing I noticed was the shower pressure could've been a bit stronger, but trust me, it didn't put a damper on the fab experience.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids! The cozy interior design, and the breakfast spread, especially the banana bread, was a hit. The self-serve coffee and tea area was a wonderful touch, and the entire place was spotlessly clean.
My kids wished there were more outdoor play areas.

I had an amazing time here, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast and socializing at the communal table, though the noise level could be a bit distracting at night. Would totally choose this place again!

The spacious and beautifully designed room. The communal space, with a modern yet homey vibe, was perfect for socializing with other guests. A tasty banana bread was a lovely touch for breakfast. The breakfast menu could benefit from more variety. While it was good overall, the light noise from the street at night and the somewhat limited outdoor areas for relaxation could be improved.
